Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate digital experience initiatives from the planning phase through to execution.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, budgets, resource distributions, and delivery strategies.

• Implement project governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.

• Manage project risks, challenges, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolutions and escalations.

• Coordinate efforts among resources, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.

• Track project financials, forecasts, and actual expenditures, providing updates and recommendations on status.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and guarantee that outcomes fulfill business objectives.

• Facilitate communication among project teams, leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.

• Assist in developing business cases, tracking benefits, and realizing project goals.

• Foster continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to project management best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of project management experience, specifically focusing on digital experiences, digital products, websites, mobile applications, or similar projects.

• Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Familiarity with digital technologies, UX principles, web and mobile development, CMS platforms, and digital marketing.

• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.

• Experience in managing project budgets, resource planning, and financial reporting.

• Established capability to identify risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in building and sustaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to utilize project metrics and KPIs to drive enhancements.

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as required.
