Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in inspiring and guiding diverse teams on projects within a dynamic environment.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of digital projects.

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.

• Track, report, and manage changes in scope, budget expenditure, and timeline risks.

• Provide weekly project status updates to clients and Bounteous stakeholders.

• Build consensus and collaborate on solutions within project teams.

• Advocate for project teams and empower them in their roles.

• Enhance communication among project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management.

• Organize meetings, create agendas, and follow up on action items.

• Promote collaboration and effectively address conflicts.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and results are delivered.

• Utilize OpenAir and Jira for informed decision-making and reporting.

• Maintain weekly resource forecasts within OpenAir.

• Collaborate with clients and product owners to achieve business objectives through actionable solutions.

• Develop expertise in clients’ business domains.

• Work alongside Client Service Executives and Business Development to define, size, and address new opportunities.

• Report to the Program Director and enhance processes and efficiencies across Program Delivery.

• Mentor and coach team members.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and within the organization.

• Contribute to Agile methodologies and project management standards, deliverables, and processes.

• Engage in continuous learning to further develop skills, techniques, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities, including at least 1-2 years in Agile environments.

• More than 5 years of consulting or agency experience as a project manager.

• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall management methodologies.

• Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously, comprising 4 to 8 members.

• Proven track record in managing distributed or remote team members.

• Experience delivering large-scale digital projects (over $1MM, spanning 9+ months).

• Comprehensive understanding of digital development processes and technologies.

• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Confluence/JIRA or similar software development tools.

• Knowledge of CMS platforms, eCommerce platforms, and Google Analytics is advantageous.

• CSM and PMP certifications are beneficial.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
