Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Effectively manage multiple medium to large-scale complex projects independently.

• Organize project deliverables, plans, and status updates.

• Determine necessary resources and coordinate schedules to ensure timely project completion.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass goals, strategies, staffing, timelines, risks, contingency strategies, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead status and milestone meetings with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor and mitigate project risks to ensure outcomes are achieved on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborate with end users, business technology teams, and other stakeholders to prioritize business objectives and information requirements.

• Supervise project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.

• Generate project status reports and communicate updates to teams, management, and clients regarding project progress and challenges.

• Undertake responsibilities outside of standard working hours as dictated by business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of mortgage servicing is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management best practices and contemporary technologies.

• Experience with project management methodologies and techniques.

• Background in applicable business processes within a business and/or technology context.

• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and administering projects.

• Experience in risk management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale projects effectively.

• Experience in managing project plans and budgets.

• Proficient in facilitating meetings.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills adequate for creating project plans and related documentation.

• Knowledge of communication, status reporting, and project management tools.

• Successful completion of a background check and credit check may be required as a condition of employment, where allowed by applicable law.
