Online Teacher, US Diploma Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver engaging, high-quality live lessons in US Diploma Project Management that cater to the unique needs of each student.

• Instruct students on project management concepts, which include project planning, goal setting, scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project evaluation.

• Assist students in navigating practical projects and real-world scenarios.

• Foster skills in teamwork, leadership, communication, decision-making, time management, and problem-solving.

• Employ teaching strategies and digital tools to cultivate an interactive online learning environment.

• Evaluate student progress, offer targeted feedback, and modify teaching methods as needed.

• Organize and communicate course schedules, lesson content, project milestones, and assessment timelines.

• Assign homework, project-based tasks, and assessments.

• Create educational materials and contribute to CGA’s learning resources.

• Uphold a professional and organized online classroom atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of teaching experience in a school environment; tutoring experience is not applicable towards this requirement.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Project Management, Education, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and the CGA team.

• Experience with online teaching platforms is essential.

• A passion for innovative, technology-driven education.

• Preferred: experience in teaching Project Management, Business, Management, or a related subject at the secondary/high school level.

• Preferred: familiarity with teaching an international or US Diploma curriculum.

• Preferred: experience in delivering project-based learning and guiding students through practical projects.

• Preferred: knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks.

• Preferred: a recognized teaching qualification, such as a postgraduate certificate in education, teaching degree, or teaching license.

• Preferred: prior experience in online teaching.
