This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned Credit projects from the initiation stage through to implementation.
• Ensure that the scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, quality, and dependencies are maintained on schedule.
• Create and update project plans, schedules, status updates, action item trackers, decision logs, and other necessary documentation.
• Organize and lead project meetings, document decisions made, assign follow-up actions, and track their completion.
• Collaborate with Credit leadership, Credit team members, Training, E3PO, and additional business partners to facilitate project execution.
• Monitor and manage the resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and communications to stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation tasks, including requirements gathering, testing, business readiness, training preparation, process documentation, launch support, and post-launch follow-up.
• Lead efforts in process documentation across the Credit department.
• Manage change management activities, such as stakeholder communication, readiness tracking, training coordination, and follow-up on adoption.
• Define and document both current-state and future-state workflows.
• Track technology implementations, automation, reporting enhancements, business process improvements, and other cross-functional Credit projects.
• Act as a primary contact for projects and serve as a liaison for the department.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, business operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation.
• Aptitude for identifying project risks, clearly communicating concerns, and coordinating practical solutions.
• Experience in creating project plans, trackers, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Capacity to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in supporting process improvement, change management, training readiness, or business implementation activities.
• Familiarity with collaboration, reporting, and project management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Credit, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, AI, or automation is advantageous.
• Availability to work standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Capability to perform extended periods of computer-based work and the occasional lifting of 10–15 pounds.
• Annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
