Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple mid-sized to large-scale projects concurrently

• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Guide project planning and execution

• Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Identify project tasks and necessary resources

• Create comprehensive project plans

• Gather and organize project team members

• Supervise project budget and resource distribution

• Organize and set project timelines

• Monitor project deliverables daily utilizing CRM and Professional Services Automation tools

• Offer guidance and support to the project team

• Track and report on project progress to stakeholders

• Deliver reports that outline project status, challenges, and solutions

• Execute and manage project adjustments and interventions to meet objectives

• Assess projects and evaluate outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Minimum of 4 years experience in leading complex software implementations throughout the entire project life cycle

• Demonstrated success in project implementation within a software context

• Experience in managing project teams

• Exceptional client-facing capabilities

• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools

• Background in global accounting

• Experience with ERP systems, either in implementation or operational roles

• Practical experience in law firms, including client interactions, support, and administrative tasks
