This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee comprehensive project management for luxury hotels, resorts, and branded residences.
β’ Steer projects through the stages of programming, design, construction, and final opening.
β’ Ensure adherence to Luxury Brand Standards, design intentions, and operational needs.
β’ Evaluate architectural and design documentation, which includes drawings, specifications, construction submissions, shop drawings, and model rooms.
β’ Direct and shape design approaches to enhance design quality, construction excellence, and an outstanding guest experience.
β’ Perform site visits to monitor progress, identify challenges, and offer solution-focused guidance.
β’ Provide advice to owners, developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants regarding design, technical specifications, brand standards, and execution strategies.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with ownership and project teams, establishing Hilton AD&C as a reliable advisor.
β’ Collaborate with Brand, Development, Operations, F&B, Wellness, Engineering, and other Hilton teams.
β’ Facilitate project coordination meetings, design evaluations, model room assessments, site inspections, and significant project milestones.
β’ Manage a portfolio of Luxury development projects from initial planning stages through to opening.
β’ Propel design reviews and approvals while resolving design, technical, and brand-related challenges.
β’ Track project timelines, risks, and critical milestones, ensuring accurate internal reporting.
β’ Assist in delivering high-quality Luxury properties that meet brand, operational, and owner expectations.
β’ Minimum of five (5) years in managing complex development projects within architecture, design, and construction.
β’ Experience with Luxury hospitality projects, including new hotel constructions, branded residences, conversions/rebrandings, or significant renovations.
β’ Background in hospitality design, development, and construction.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear design and technical guidance and to influence project teams.
β’ Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
β’ Proficient in creating impactful and visually engaging presentations and presenting recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, including ownership and senior leadership.
β’ Familiarity with Bluebeam and other design and project collaboration tools.
