This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.
• Oversee high-impact, complex projects to ensure the successful implementation of Airalo’s strategy.
• Facilitate internal deliverables and external collaborations for on-time project execution.
• Act as Airalo's project-management liaison with mobile networks, vendors, and service partners worldwide.
• Manage suppliers and vendors in accordance with time, budget, and quality standards.
• Foster and maintain professional communication both internally and externally.
• Implement best practices and standards to enhance the project governance framework.
• Define and assess project performance metrics.
• Monitor, drive, and communicate project progress.
• Develop project timelines that include vendors, deliverables, milestones, and critical paths.
• Evaluate risks, create mitigation strategies, and implement them proactively.
• Make decisions regarding resource allocation and project prioritization.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are in place and collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
• Manage and ensure compliance with regulations for projects aimed at new markets.
• Coordinate Legal and Product Management initiatives as necessary.
• Oversee technical tasks for integrating new networks into the existing Airalo platform.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for any issues that arise.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications sector.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of eSIM technology and its applications.
• Familiarity with mobile roaming scenarios, including passive/active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with various Project Management methodologies, from Waterfall to Agile.
• Exceptional project planning and execution capabilities: including scope, time, budget, resource management, dependencies, critical path, risk management, and status reporting.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent business-level proficiency in English for writing, speaking, and reading.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications network technologies such as Mobile Core and OSS/BSS (preferred).
• International work experience is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM training and certification is a plus.
