Senior Project Delivery Manager – NVIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain productive working relationships with all stakeholders.

• Grasp both high-level and low-level technical architectures, encourage discussions, and steer decisions towards suitable solutions.

• Ensure that company standards are met promptly with all requirements produced.

• Create and deliver detailed technical solutions to clients.

• Engage in communication and conduct conference calls with internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Oversee complex installations and escalate any identified issues to the appropriate operational contacts.

• Manage the communication of project modifications and release notifications to clients.

• Clearly and succinctly document technical and operational procedures.

• Navigate projects through the entire lifecycle, from conceptualization to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of experience in managing project deliveries.

• At least five years of experience providing field services and/or customer support for hardware and software products.

• Extensive knowledge of data center environments, servers, and networking equipment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.

• Exceptional leadership abilities across varied and diverse functional teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation/oral skills.

• Robust social skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking effectively with minimal supervision.

• Experience in leading global projects.

• Familiarity with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment.

• PMP Certification.

• Knowledge of HPC clustering or data center technologies.

• Availability to work irregular hours as necessary.
