Senior Project Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted, long-lasting working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner teams.

• Comprehend technical architectures, facilitate technical discussions, and guide solution-design decisions.

• Ensure that project requirements, deliverables, and documentation align with NVIDIA's quality standards and timelines.

• Develop, present, and advocate for technical solutions and deployment plans to both executive and technical audiences.

• Lead synchronization meetings, governance calls, and status updates with global teams, customers, and third-party partners.

• Oversee the delivery of complex on-site or remote data center installations, escalate issues as necessary, and drive resolution.

• Manage project change requests, release communications, and customer notifications effectively.

• Create technical and operational runbooks, procedures, and documentation post-implementation.

• Provide support during on-call, off-hours, or across global time zones for critical deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in project delivery management or leadership in customer service delivery.

• More than 5 years of experience in field service, customer implementation, or post-sales support for enterprise hardware and software platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cabling, power, cooling, and physical deployment workflows.

• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions, with the ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities across cross-functional, global, and diverse teams.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.

• Experience in leading global projects across various regions and time zones.

• PMP or a comparable project management certification.

• Practical experience with HPC clusters, InfiniBand, GPU infrastructure, or hyperscale data center technologies.

• Background in AI infrastructure deployment, professional services, or technology-vendor post-sales delivery.
