This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer project assistance for a variety of divisional initiatives.
• Generate reports and manage special projects to fulfill corporate and regulatory obligations within established timeframes, quality/scope, and budget limits.
• Monitor and report project status to Senior Management.
• Oversee projects in alignment with the Scope of Work and agreed budget.
• Ensure compliance with UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures throughout project execution.
• Act as a liaison between sponsors and internal project teams.
• Prepare or coordinate deliverables in collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage in internal project meetings and client discussions.
• Present updates during client meetings and internal project review sessions.
• Track and relay the delivery and completion of project outputs to facilitate revenue recognition, invoicing, and follow-ups.
• Assist in the design and preparation of protocols, amendments, project plans, and timelines.
• Supervise study deliverables.
• Take part in study planning and setup activities, which include vendor management, project oversight, and coordination of study and implementation plans.
• Foster vendor relationships.
• Utilize relevant reports to assess the progress of data collection and reporting.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (including CRO) is preferred.
• A collaborative team member capable of managing multiple projects as needed.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project).
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, self-motivated, and quality-focused.
