Senior Project Completion Engineer – HVAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the testing, integration, and commissioning of HVAC systems

• Ensure that all completion and commissioning requirements are met throughout the project phase

• Provide point-to-point verification and preparation of temporary systems necessary for operational functionality

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing of HVAC systems and verify system integrity

• Develop detailed commissioning plans and coordinate activities across various disciplines

• Organize and facilitate necessary support related to testing, calibration, and functional verification

• Foster close collaboration between operations, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers

• Actively participate in planning and status meetings for commissioning activities

• Ensure a safe and efficient handover of systems to the operations organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical education

• Alternatively, documented relevant experience that compensates for formal education

• Experience in commissioning, completion, or startup of process or offshore facilities

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems

• Documented relevant professional competence

• Valid electrical safety course (FSE)

• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner within a multidisciplinary project environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• High execution ability and a strong focus on health, safety, and environment (HSE)

• Enjoy taking responsibility and coordinating across disciplines

• Solution-oriented and proactive

• Experience with system responsibility in commissioning or completion
