Senior Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize course and product timelines, from creating the syllabus to final publication.

• Define and monitor project scopes, which include classes, formats, materials, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Manage changes in scope by evaluating their effects on timelines and resources.

• Facilitate kickoffs, weekly status meetings, checkpoints, and retrospectives.

• Act as the main liaison between instructors and the audiovisual, design, proofreading, and platform teams.

• Oversee project tracking, anticipate risks, and mitigate delays and bottlenecks.

• Maintain the production board to ensure leadership has visibility into progress.

• Schedule planning based on deadlines and the capacity of partner teams.

• Raise any scheduling or capacity conflicts to the Content Coordination team.

• Provide Marketing and Sales teams with the necessary information for product launches and commercialization efforts.

• Monitor quality checklists for scripts, recording, editing, reviews, and publishing processes.

• Ensure all validation processes are completed prior to publication.

• Track metrics such as NPS to identify areas for improvement.

• Address underlying issues to minimize rework and enhance operational efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships with instructors and subject-matter experts, negotiating deadlines and tracking deliverables.

• Acquire knowledge of the content and audience to advocate for students’ needs.

• Provide weekly reports on status, risks, delays, deviations, and changes.

• Implement MedReview’s processes and methodologies, suggesting modifications and monitoring outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in producing educational content and/or managing educational projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational abilities and the discipline to keep processes, schedules, and management tools consistently updated.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of accountability.

• Transparency and proactivity in communicating risks, delays, deviations, and changes in direction.

• Experience in instructional design is a plus.

• Familiarity with educational project management methodologies is a plus.

• Understanding of metrics and data analysis for performance and production monitoring is a plus.

• Experience managing relationships with instructors, subject-matter experts, or other senior stakeholders is a plus.
