Senior Programmatic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Enhance campaign effectiveness across programmatic platforms.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports to provide insights that guide client strategies.

• Collaborate with Business Development to formulate plans for potential clients.

• Maintain communication with clients through both written correspondence and face-to-face interactions.

• Work alongside various teams to develop comprehensive advertiser solutions that cover the digital landscape.

• Analyze attribution modeling and third-party analytics data.

• Conduct weekly status meetings, delegating tasks and timelines to team members.

• Take part in internal leadership initiatives.

• Involve in deal economics, media distribution, and advertiser investment choices.

• Guide and train junior staff as the company grows.

• Report to the assigned manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in display and programmatic advertising within an agency setting.

• Understanding of display advertising, particularly real-time bidding, ad networks, demand-side platforms, attribution models, and related technologies in the Google Marketing Platform.

• Proficient in numerical details and analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel are required.

• Knowledge of Macros and SQL is a plus.

• Strong business writing abilities with a knack for producing high-quality documents.

• An organized approach to work and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

• Capability to leverage data and market insights for decision-making and strategy development, along with consulting and influencing skills.

• Creative thinking with the ability to experiment with innovative methods and technologies to address complex challenges.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Must be comfortable working in English on a daily basis.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in the specified country and location.

• Willingness to relocate if not currently situated in the role’s designated location.

• Must be available and physically fit for night shifts.
