📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand strategic partnerships with Parloa's global systems integrators, consulting firms, and implementation partners.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with partner executives, practice leaders, delivery managers, architects, and customer stakeholders.

• Provide guidance to partners on developing and expanding Parloa service practices, including delivery methodologies, organizational structures, certifications, and go-to-market strategies.

• Assist partners in navigating complex enterprise AI and customer experience transformation initiatives.

• Oversee partner-led implementations while proactively managing risks and escalation issues.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Managers on key strategic deals.

• Ensure alignment between partners and internal teams such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering.

• Facilitate governance frameworks, success metrics, delivery assessments, and executive business reviews.

• Contribute to the scaling of Partner Success programs, playbooks, and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to achieve measurable customer outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise delivery models and implementation methodologies, including SAFe Agile and waterfall approaches.

• Strong comprehension of project governance principles.

• Possess a commanding executive presence and the capability to lead executive reviews effectively.

• Ability to communicate assertively with partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
