This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead comprehensive project management and operational coordination for the Digital Government Network portfolio.
• Oversee the strategic execution of network events, initiatives, and activities.
• Ensure alignment with the broader priorities of the Beeck Center and cross-functional objectives.
• Manage the network's data strategy, internal product management and development, performance measurement, and evaluation activities.
• Act as the primary liaison for central Beeck Center monitoring and evaluation efforts.
• Convert network engagement and impact data into actionable insights for organizational decision-making.
• Provide strategic communications and engagement support throughout the Digital Government Network portfolio.
• Enhance member participation and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Promote integration with other programs at the Beeck Center.
• Collaborate with external public sector partners, philanthropic stakeholders, and network members.
• Work closely with the Research team and Training & Technical Assistance.
• Coordinate efforts with Beeck Center Operations and Communications.
• Report directly to the Director of Networks, Kirsten Wyatt.
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience in program management, data analytics, capacity building, or managing professional communities of practice (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated ability to design, operationalize, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder project plans from inception to evaluation.
• Experience in managing data systems and configuring CRM platforms such as SugarCRM or Salesforce.
• Ability to synthesize performance metrics into organized reports.
• Experience in applying product management practices, such as roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, and user research or discovery.
• Experience guiding the development of digital tools, platforms, or services.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write for diverse professional audiences and build high-trust relationships with external stakeholders.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Asana, Slack, Looker Studio, Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro.
• Capable of working in a distributed workplace environment.
• Preferred: experience with federal, state, or local government agencies, civic tech initiatives, or nonprofit advocacy networks.
• Preferred: familiarity with digital government service delivery landscapes, human-centered design principles, or data privacy practices.
• Preferred: experience in managing program budgets, mentoring student analysts or junior staff, and executing grant reporting workflows.
