Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for a specific product area, balancing the needs of customers, business objectives, and technical constraints.

• Conduct discovery sessions with customers, stakeholders, and data to pinpoint problems worth addressing and to validate potential solutions.

• Convert opportunities into precise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to bring product features from initial concept to final launch.

• Work closely with UI/UX teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences and to coordinate prototypes and design outputs.

• Prioritize and sustain a robust backlog while actively participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Monitor product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback, taking action based on findings.

• Keep an eye on competitive and market trends, integrating insights into planning processes.

• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders, managing expectations in a proactive manner.

• Collaborate with fellow product managers to align priorities and ensure a cohesive product experience.

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager or team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong product intuition for AI-driven features, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI agents.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, delivering software products, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Proven track record of owning a product area or feature set from discovery through to launch.

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable leveraging data and customer feedback for decision-making.

• Good understanding of UI/UX and usability, with the ability to work effectively with design teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in working with Scrum or other Agile methodologies alongside engineering teams.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Upper-intermediate or greater English proficiency, with excellent asynchronous communication skills.

• Experience in developing customer-facing AI or data-driven products.

• Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation techniques, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and usage tracking.

• Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS or other SaaS products.

• Understanding of modern AI concepts, LLMs, or machine learning processes.
