Senior Product Manager – AI Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap for a specific product area, ensuring a balance among customer requirements, business objectives, and technical considerations.

• Conduct discovery sessions with customers, stakeholders, and data to identify challenges and validate potential solutions.

• Convert identified opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to bring products from initial concept to successful launch.

• Work in partnership with UI/UX teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences and manage prototypes and design assets.

• Prioritize and oversee the backlog while participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Monitor product performance using metrics, customer satisfaction ratings, and usability feedback.

• Keep an eye on competitive and market trends, integrating insights into planning processes.

• Relay progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders effectively.

• Work alongside other product managers to align priorities and ensure a seamless product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong product intuition for AI-driven features, including understanding LLMs and AI agents.

• Over 3 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering software products, preferably in a SaaS context.

• Proven ability to take ownership of a product area or feature set from the discovery phase through to launch.

• A strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and customer insights to inform decisions.

• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and usability considerations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

• Strong skills in asynchronous communication.
