Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure alignment and maintain delivery momentum.

• Write and refine user stories with a clear focus on value.

• Lead team discovery sessions to identify problems and opportunities.

• Organize brainstorming meetings with Design and Engineering teams.

• Oversee usability testing and user feedback sessions.

• Validate deliverables with the technical team prior to production release.

• Update and manage the prioritized backlog in response to learnings and contextual changes.

• Share the business context and product vision with the team to inform decision-making.

• Monitor operational and product metrics alongside the Data team.

• Document product decisions and insights to ensure alignment and maintain a historical record.

• Promote collaboration between the business, Customer Support, and Marketing teams with the Product team.

• Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the objectives and impact of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Digital Product Management with a focus on retention, engagement, and delivering customer value.

• Project Management experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or Systems Engineering.

• CSPO, PSPO, or a postgraduate qualification in Product Management and/or Project Management is a plus.

• Proficiency in metrics analysis and interpretation.

• Comprehensive understanding of product culture.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques.
