Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Investigate challenges and opportunities through dialogues with customers, research, and data analysis.

• Develop and validate hypotheses prior to advancing with solutions.

• Assist in constructing and prioritizing the product roadmap.

• Observe the market, competitors, and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to design and detail solutions.

• Adhere to the development process, perform tests, and validate solutions with customers.

• Establish and monitor success, adoption, and impact metrics.

• Transform results and insights into new opportunities for enhancement.

• Lead discovery efforts and oversee the solution throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Facilitate discussions, consider various viewpoints, and aid in group decision-making.

• Practical experience with digital products.

• Experience addressing loosely structured problems.

• Proven track record in leading discovery, exploring issues, or validating opportunities with customers and users.

• Involvement in creating and prioritizing roadmaps or making product-related decisions.

• Strong collaboration with Product Design and Engineering teams.

• Experience managing features or products from problem identification to launch and results evaluation.

• Capability to integrate data, user feedback, and business context to inform decisions.

• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to establish priorities and direction.

• Adaptability in environments with multiple workstreams and changing priorities.
