This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead the continuous development and growth of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse products, achieving over $200M in annual impact.
• Support CVS Health’s objectives in Payment Optimization Analytics, focusing on revenue and ROI targets for analytics products.
• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and performance metrics.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML integration.
• Convert market trends, user insights, and competitive intelligence into clear product direction.
• Manage a cross-functional team comprising data engineers, data scientists, and ideation team members.
• Define and document the team's challenges, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, sprint plans, and demonstration materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint planning sessions, working sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Assess advancements in AI/ML for their relevance to the product portfolio.
• Establish and track product performance, adoption rates, and business-impact KPIs.
• Create data-driven business cases to secure stakeholder alignment and financial backing.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements that meet business and technical specifications.
• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing product roadmaps and defining product requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, translating evolving business objectives into clear, prioritized initiatives.
• Experience utilizing AI/ML technologies to generate measurable business value.
• Capability to analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable product strategies and business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, claims processing, or vendor management.
• Preferred: Experience in Payment Integrity, specifically focusing on Fraud, Waste, & Abuse (FWA).
• Preferred: Strong financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate business impact and drive value-based decision-making.
• Preferred: Experience working within Agile product management frameworks and methodologies.
• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, including the entire claims lifecycle.
