This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Create and implement comprehensive development programs from start to finish for leaders, managers, and individual contributors worldwide.
• Conduct development programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Design and lead leadership team offsites along with sessions aimed at enhancing team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to establish desired outcomes, develop agendas, facilitate strategic discussions, and ensure commitments are met and followed through.
• Act as an internal coach for leaders and high-potential individuals through personalized one-on-one and team coaching sessions.
• Enhance internal facilitation capabilities by creating and certifying facilitators.
• Establish design and delivery standards for Talent Development initiatives.
• Work alongside HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and select appropriate training, coaching, or facilitated interventions.
• Evaluate the impact of programs, offsites, and coaching through participant feedback, behavior modifications, and business results.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Talent Development.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in talent development, with at least 7 years focused on designing and facilitating leadership, managerial, and professional development programs.
• Proven track record in designing and facilitating executive and leadership team offsites, encompassing strategic planning, team alignment, and sessions aimed at improving team effectiveness.
• Excellent facilitation skills applicable in in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments.
• Ability to engage a diverse global audience and effectively manage challenging group dynamics in real-time.
• Strong instructional design capabilities rooted in adult learning principles.
• Experience in creating facilitator guides and scalable programs utilizing train-the-trainer approaches.
• Executive presence with the ability to quickly establish trust, provide honest feedback, and maintain strict confidentiality when working with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in using learning and coaching data, including feedback, behavior changes, and business metrics, to demonstrate program impact and inform decisions.
• Willingness to travel for in-person events and offsites, approximately 25% of the time.
• Preferred certification in assessment tools such as Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, or 360-degree feedback instruments.
• Experience in developing an internal coaching program or facilitator certification pathway is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance program design, personalize learning experiences, or expand coaching reach is preferred.
• Ability to manage a full calendar of facilitation and coaching activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is preferred.
