
Senior Program Manager – Pipeline & Marketing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Act as the primary project/program manager for the Pipeline Health & Growth Committee, which spans multiple functions.
• Manage the committee’s schedule, agenda, action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Convert committee priorities into a functional operating rhythm in collaboration with the SVP of Demand Generation.
• Identify risks and obstacles early and communicate them to the relevant leaders.
• Collaborate with data and insights teams to guarantee accurate pipeline health data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Assist with the current GTM funnel and pipeline processes, including pipeline and lead councils.
• Foster alignment and accountability among Marketing, Sales, SDR/ADR, RevOps, and other GTM teams without having formal authority.
• Take responsibility for additional cross-functional marketing and RevOps initiatives assigned by marketing leadership.
• Provide concise, actionable updates on program and committee health to marketing and GTM leadership.
• Help manage Asana and Confluence for tracking priorities and collaborative work across functions.
• Introduce simplified agile practices, such as prioritization rituals, backlog maintenance, and retrospectives.
• Assist Marketing in creating a more standardized operating framework for managing priorities and workflows.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management within B2B SaaS marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
• Proficient understanding of GTM funnel mechanics, including lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, pipeline waterfall, forecasting cycles, and attribution fundamentals.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment and hold stakeholders accountable across various teams without direct authority.
• Experience in leading or directly supporting recurring, leadership-level cross-functional meetings or committees.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and establish processes and structure from the ground up.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly responsible, organized, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Practical experience with work management or project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Aha, or Monday is preferred.
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation and knowledge management tools is preferred.
• Agile certification such as CSPO or practical experience in conducting lightweight agile ceremonies is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or BI/reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• Target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, contingent on individual and company performance.
