Senior Program Manager – Neurology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and develop frameworks for C-BRAIN program initiatives and specialized projects.

• Concentrate on objectives, recognize best practices, and execute prioritized plans and activities.

• Assist in the execution and planning of initiatives and projects while monitoring their progress.

• Coordinate and co-manage projects with minimal supervision.

• Report, track, and collaborate with academic, industry, and philanthropic partners, as well as vendors and collaborators.

• Execute strategic priorities established by C-BRAIN leadership.

• Generate ideas and act as a thought partner for C-BRAIN leaders.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives, special projects, emerging leaders, and management priorities.

• Engage with partners and stakeholders through advocacy, leadership, and effective communication.

• Analyze data and provide insights to leadership regarding decision-making challenges and opportunities.

• Represent C-BRAIN in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage priorities, deadlines, communications, meetings, events, and activities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and/or experience may fulfill the minimum educational requirement.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in a higher education setting is preferred.

• Capability to support program leaders as necessary.

• Ability to work collaboratively with others and provide assistance, leadership, and expertise.

• Proficiency in interacting professionally with executives, managers, academic and industry partners, external collaborators, vendors, and subject matter experts.

• Skill in applying experience and judgment to plan and achieve complex, multi-stakeholder program objectives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

• Familiarity with project management software (PMS).

• A driver's license is not a requirement.

• No specific certification or professional license is necessary.
