Senior Program Manager, Insights Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete implementation planning for new Tendo Insights clients, which includes developing phased project plans, governance frameworks, and realistic timelines.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for accounts during the implementation phase.

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors, daily champions, and operational stakeholders.

• Identify and proactively address delivery, organizational, interpersonal, timeline, and technical risks.

• Coordinate stakeholder communication and escalation processes.

• Translate contract obligations into specific, mutually agreed-upon implementation strategies.

• Prepare and present executive-level updates and business reviews that link implementation progress to customer value.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous customer engagements across various implementation stages.

• Mentor and support junior program/project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services.

• Proven history of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with visibility at the executive level.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational politics and relationship risks within a client account.

• Excellent executive communication skills and presence, including the ability to present plans or business reviews to a client's C-suite.

• Strong planning capabilities, including awareness of dependencies in timeline development.

• Experience in managing a portfolio of concurrent engagements and prioritizing competing demands.
