Senior Program Manager – Go-to-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance business cadence, which includes QBRs, pipeline assessments, and leadership evaluations.

• Prepare materials and ensure follow-up on activities involving sales leadership.

• Identify, implement, and report on strategic sales initiatives.

• Track and analyze scorecard metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and benefits of growth programs.

• Align on areas that may need adjustments.

• Develop executive-level presentations and business narratives.

• Conduct executive reporting, coordinate meetings, and facilitate business planning and reviews.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and programs, managing activities and resources effectively.

• Provide consistent progress updates on key milestones and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle multiple simultaneous projects, monitor action items, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

• Work closely with Sales Leadership.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in program and project management, strategy, or sales operations.

• Experience in supporting Sales organizations and go-to-market strategies.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise sales environments.

• A solid sense of ownership with the ability to navigate uncertainty and produce results.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

• Ability to manage within complex multinational and matrix-based organizations.

• Highly proficient in cross-functional collaboration and building processes, communication, and trust among teams.

• Willingness to work outside standard hours to coordinate with global team members.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Salesforce.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and storytelling.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
