
Senior Program Manager, Convenience Retail Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver senior program management expertise for various Convenience Retail Programs, Solutions, or Portfolio initiatives.
• Ensure comprehensive, timely delivery from the stages of requirements gathering and design through engineering development, verification, integration, and production rollout.
• Assist in managing projects and programs from the post-initiation phase and scoping through to delivery.
• Support engineering teams and release trains by orchestrating cross-functional teams, product groups, geographic locations, and business operating processes.
• Provide active Agile program management for intricate programs with budget accountability.
• Develop communication strategies, program status updates, presentations, and customer interaction materials.
• Implement internal development protocols based on SAFe and VBS standards.
• Lead or assist with PI Planning, which encompasses product management requests, dependency identification, cross-functional agreements, and commitment planning.
• Recognize and mitigate program risks and technical challenges.
• Oversee program personnel and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison for issues related to programs, solutions, or portfolio initiatives.
• Manage the program lifecycle across development, field trials, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, executive leadership, key stakeholders, and external customers.
• Monitor timelines to guarantee timely delivery of commitments, deliverables, and milestones.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in managing technical programs.
• Background in product development or business analysis with significant cross-functional exposure is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience managing distributed and multicultural teams.
• Capability to lead a portfolio of related programs or projects, or large-scale programs with considerable resource demands, risks, and complexities.
• Preferred candidates should be located in the EST time zone.
