Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive planning and implementation of intricate, cross-functional projects.

• Oversee multiple workstreams concurrently and ensure stakeholder alignment across various functions.

• Take ownership of program governance, encompassing frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, and ensuring predictable outcomes.

• Propel strategic internal initiatives while supporting customer implementation programs.

• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Manager for effective client delivery.

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and enhance visibility.

• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards.

• Create automated AI reporting suitable for all stakeholders and formulate program management frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in a dedicated program management position leading complex, cross-functional projects.

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale programs from initiation to execution.

• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous workstreams, dependencies, and risks across various teams and organizational levels.

• Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to establish governance, enhance delivery processes, and drive operational excellence.

• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.

• Proficiency in Jira and the Atlassian product suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of trading products, tokenization, the digital asset lifecycle, wallets and custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off ramps, identity and compliance integrations, and APIs.
