Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute program governance and controls, encompassing status reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and necessary program routines.

• Oversee and regulate program milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.

• Facilitate decision-making processes as well as program-level issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with leadership and technical leads to appropriately staff and allocate resources for the program.

• Administer budgeting, forecasting, program financials, and procurement reporting activities.

• Define roles and responsibilities that align with staffing plans.

• Take ownership of comprehensive program delivery and quality assurance.

• Foster stakeholder engagement and generate executive reporting.

• Ensure program compliance with statements of work and manage any changes in scope.

• Evaluate customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability metrics.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and other team members.

• Develop and oversee long-term objectives for the program or project portfolio.

• Guarantee the effective onboarding and offboarding of program resources.

• Act as a liaison between program personnel and upper management/executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a related area is required.

• At least 5 years of active Program Management experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience.

• Experience interacting with financial customers.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software.

• Experience in managing, tracking, and forecasting financials and budgets for large-scale programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of the contract process.

• Ability to manage contract modifications and negotiate contract scope, cost, and timelines.

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes.

• Capability to work independently while tracking program timelines.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience in multi-site/global environments is a plus.
