Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, large-scale technical programs that span multiple development teams, products, and organizations.

• Manage the program portfolio, which includes timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and critical obstacles.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and executive stakeholders.

• Set expectations, communicate progress, and foster alignment.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to address challenges, assess technical trade-offs, and make informed decisions.

• Convert complex technical concepts into their business implications.

• Facilitate strategic discussions and encourage cross-functional collaboration.

• Promote accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and reliable delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or similarly technical fields.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, system architecture, artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering methodologies.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior leaders, assess technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities; capable of influencing executive-level decisions and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Experience managing intricate technical programs in a client-facing, consulting, or professional services context.
