This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Collaborate with capability leaders to create and implement annual strategic priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.
β’ Facilitate the execution of RDQ priorities by utilizing standardized templates, governance structures, and business processes.
β’ Oversee organizational goals, milestones, dependencies, and risks; propose mitigation strategies as necessary.
β’ Coordinate and monitor both emerging and ongoing business initiatives, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
β’ Co-facilitate leadership team meetings and organizational forums.
β’ Create presentations, governance materials, dashboards, decision-making documents, and meeting agendas.
β’ Ensure follow-up on leadership decisions and action items.
β’ Standardize business materials, executive updates, operating review content, and leadership communications.
β’ Act as the operational liaison between capability leadership and the Strategic Performance & Operations Director.
β’ Coordinate functional initiatives and translate enterprise initiatives into actionable implementation plans.
β’ Track timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
β’ Lead strategic workshops and planning sessions.
β’ Support transformation efforts, new operating models, and organizational changes.
β’ Collaborate with Continuous Improvement on Organizational Change Management strategies and best practices.
β’ Apply standardized business processes, governance practices, templates, and tools across RDQ.
β’ Develop and/or maintain knowledge repositories utilizing SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
β’ Assist in workforce and organizational capacity planning.
β’ Monitor organizational health metrics and suggest improvement actions.
β’ Convert strategic direction into coordinated execution plans and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Work alongside the Strategic Performance & Operations Director and fellow Program Managers.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence and adapt to changing priorities.
β’ Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience (in program management, business operations, quality assurance, R&D), or a Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
β’ Proven experience in supporting leadership teams.
β’ Advanced proficiency in program or portfolio management within a matrixed organization.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
β’ Demonstrated experience in developing strategic roadmaps and operational plans.
β’ Experience in integrating global teams through effective collaboration and high emotional intelligence.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with knowledge of R&D quality and risk management.
β’ Lean Six Sigma and PMP certification.
