This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and uphold financial baselines for programs, including budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, and Estimates-At-Completes (EACs).
• Evaluate and analyze program expenses, revenues, and profit margins in relation to budgets and forecasts.
• Generate financial reports for both internal management and external clients, featuring variance analysis and suggestions for corrective actions.
• Assist program managers with the development of EACs and alignment of costs and schedules.
• Monitor and project labor, material, and overhead expenses to detect trends and potential risks.
• Aid in proposal preparations and pricing in accordance with company financial guidelines and cost structures.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, government accounting standards, and corporate financial protocols.
• Collaborate with accounting, contracts, and operations regarding billing, revenue recognition, and funding status.
• Provide support for monthly and quarterly financial evaluations, audits, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements in financial reporting and program controls.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Execute additional assigned tasks.
• Maintain consistent and reliable full-time attendance.
• Demonstrate professional conduct with both internal and external business partners.

• Capability to obtain and sustain a Top Secret/SCI DoD security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
• Ability to convey financial information clearly to individuals without financial backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and earned value management (EVM) concepts is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, program control, or project accounting.
• Experience in government contracting or manufacturing is preferred.
• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, including extended periods of sitting and using computers and office equipment.
