This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Generate monthly management reports, monitor KPIs, and create dashboards in collaboration with the Finance Director.

• Enhance analytical accounting practices and align accounting with management data alongside the Accounting Manager.

• Assist in budgeting and reforecasting efforts, analyze discrepancies, and predict various landing scenarios.

• Collaborate with budget owners during monthly reviews and offer straightforward tracking tools.

• Oversee workforce expenses, headcount, cash flow, burn rate, and runway.

• Streamline and document routine Finance tasks and procedures.

• Aid the Finance Director in guiding the company’s P&L and cash flow performance.

• Work together with the COO, Chief of Staff, support teams, and budget owners.

• Engage in recruitment interviews and case-study discussions as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets for creating financial models, complex formulas, and dashboards.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, monthly closing processes, and analytical accounting.

• Capable of conducting consistency checks, variance analysis, budgeting, and landing-scenario estimations.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI or automation to enhance efficiency.

• Proficient in professional English at a B2 level or higher.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on the consistency of financial data.

• Ability to distill complex information and communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

• Proactive approach to identifying risks and formulating action plans.

• Confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders.

• Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and process development.

• Three to four years of experience in management control or FP&A.

• Background in a corporate setting and/or audit or Transaction Services.

• Experience in contributing to budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis.

• Experience in owning or assisting with management reporting related to P&L, cash flow, and KPIs.

• A Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or management control.

• Experience in Tech, SaaS, Medtech, or Healthtech, as well as multi-entity reporting, BI tools, or SQL is advantageous.
