This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, organize, and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting.
• Identify and document daily investment activities, which include NAV updates.
• Ensure the quality of transactional data through meticulous attention to detail and logical reasoning.
• Reconcile and uphold data integrity within both legacy and new investment management systems.
• Assist in delivering client reporting by processing data promptly and performing periodic reconciliations.
• Support new investment processing by coordinating with investees and preparing necessary documentation.
• Use discretion to escalate issues and requests as needed.
• Suggest and document opportunities for process improvement.
• Document procedures and best practices for the Investment Operations Team.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively within the team, across departments, and externally with fund contacts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with the scope of this role.
• Report directly to the Officer of Investment Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field; a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or investment operations/servicing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in working with private investment data.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to engage with various technology systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a professional demeanor and the capacity to work independently while prioritizing competing demands.
• Preferred knowledge of investments and financial services, including impact investing, donor advised funds, and custodial relationships.
• Resourcefulness in seeking answers to inquiries and creating solutions.
• Required proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Preferred proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools such as Box and Asana.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and AI tools as systems and tools evolve.
• Preferred experience working with Addepar.
• Preferred experience with Freshdesk.
• Preferred experience in a virtual working environment.
• Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• Required travel 2–3 times per year for company events.
