This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform analysis and research on policies, regulations, guidance, and legislative obligations.
β’ Offer suggestions for updates and enhancements to policies.
β’ Assist in strategic policy planning and its execution.
β’ Ensure that program activities are in accordance with relevant DoD policies, federal regulations, and organizational goals.
β’ Oversee program activities and aid in quality assurance initiatives.
β’ Uphold QA processes, pinpoint issues, and propose improvement strategies.
β’ Evaluate program data and produce standardized as well as ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and analytical outputs.
β’ Coordinate and monitor reporting obligations.
β’ Guarantee the precise and timely completion of reports, deliverables, and documentation.
β’ Manage program records, databases, rosters, and knowledge repositories.
β’ Liaise with both internal and external organizations, including federal entities.
β’ Facilitate information sharing and the execution of policy and program mandates.
β’ Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, including developing agendas, materials, action items, schedules, and tracking deadlines.
β’ Act as a backup for the Program Manager.
β’ Ensure continuity of program operations and provide support for program management activities as necessary.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen.
β’ All tasks must be executed within the United States.
β’ Must successfully complete a DoD background security investigation.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field such as public policy, political science, public administration, or business administration.
β’ Active PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising or managing large teams.
β’ Familiarity with policy planning, technical and legislative support, and quality assurance.
β’ Proficient in using databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
β’ Capacity to conduct data and statistical analysis.
β’ Experience in records management and maintaining program documentation.
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication proficiencies.
β’ Preferred experience in implementing DoD and Department of Veterans Affairs policies and federal regulations, ensuring compliance.
β’ Knowledge of DoD disability evaluation programs and relevant regulations is preferred.
