This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as a representative of the Program Management Office (PMO) for multi-tenant contracts, which include IAC MAC, PRISM, and upcoming AEIS contract vehicles.
• Support Program Managers in documenting program risks and issues while ensuring effective resolution.
• Aid Program Managers in monitoring portfolio performance, focusing on budgets, timelines, and deliverables, while managing any deviations or necessary adjustments.
• Create, track, and oversee Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to guarantee the timely and precise delivery of data and documentation as per contractual obligations.
• Assist the procurement team in acquiring goods and services necessary for project execution, such as equipment, materials, and subcontracted labor.
• Work in collaboration with Project Managers to collect monthly status updates for the preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR).
• Review, proofread, and submit Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) and Trip Reports from SAIC and subcontractor personnel.
• Support onboarding processes.
• Keep project files and documentation organized and current on the S2A SharePoint site.
• A Bachelor’s degree with six (6) years or more of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with four (4) years or more of experience; or a PhD with no experience required; years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Prior experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVY is preferred.
• Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
• Previous experience in developing, tracking, and managing Contract Data Requirements Lists is desired.
