Senior Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior advisor and lead workstream for strategic initiative planning, coordination, and execution.

• Oversee assigned projects and workstreams that focus on digital health, artificial intelligence, and healthcare innovation initiatives.

• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements.

• Create executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and deliverables for clients.

• Plan projects, track milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as needed.

• Collaborate with government stakeholders, the Contracting Officer, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Develop dashboards for implementation progress, program status reports, executive briefing materials, and digital health pipeline dashboards.

• Conduct project kickoff meetings and assist with evaluation plans and project completion reports.

• Offer strategic recommendations and guidance to junior team members.

• Undertake additional programmatic, analytical, and strategic tasks that align with contract objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.

• Proven experience in leading project activities or workstreams, including project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

• Background in facilitating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, or discovery sessions while achieving consensus across cross-functional teams.

• Experience in developing executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-focused deliverables.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently while demonstrating sound judgment and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present information to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

• Position is contingent upon contract award (August/September 2026).
