Senior Professional Services Engineer – Implementation and Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a hands-on technical consultant, managing customer engagements from initiation to delivery and transition.

• Oversee the delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages through organized enablement workshops and customized customer interactions.

• Act as the primary technical contact during the implementation phase to resolve issues, investigate bugs, and provide product feedback.

• Offer guidance to customers on design and implementation choices.

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations within the engineering toolchain.

• Develop data modeling strategies within Cortex, encompassing entities, relationships, and ownership.

• Create and present architecture diagrams for Cortex configurations and data ingestion pipelines.

• Advise customers on automating data ingestion, ownership, reporting, and orchestration strategies, including GitHub Actions and Argo.

• Produce customer-oriented learning guides, walkthroughs, and documentation of best practices.

• Organize and lead enablement workshops targeting engineering, platform, product, and leadership groups.

• Contribute to internal resources on advanced technical use cases and implementation methodologies.

• Collaborate with engineers, platform teams, Product Managers, Engineering Leadership, and CTOs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Engineering with customer interaction.

• Hands-on experience with integrating SaaS tools through APIs, webhooks, and data ingestion pipelines.

• Knowledge of contemporary engineering ecosystems, including CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud services, observability, and incident management.

• Proficient in working with JSON and YAML.

• Skills in Python, SQL, and scripting are advantageous.

• Must be typically located anywhere in the US.
