Senior Clinical Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the clinical and operational implementation of Beacon's diagnostic solutions for designated clients, from the contract pre-signature phase through to ongoing daily usage.

• Conduct demonstrations, develop implementation strategies, facilitate clinical education and training, support go-lives, and mentor accounts during post-launch adoption.

• Oversee comprehensive implementation execution, which includes kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, risk assessment, stabilization, and transitioning to steady-state support.

• Provide both virtual and on-site clinical support throughout the implementation phase.

• Create implementation strategies that encompass clinical workflows, staffing, order and result routing, patient communication, and administrative procedures.

• Coordinate resources across Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product teams.

• Deliver tailored training and demonstrations, while also maintaining reusable training materials, guides, and competency checklists.

• Monitor adoption metrics, utilization rates, ordering patterns, turnaround times, and workflow compliance; provide refresher training when necessary.

• Identify the root causes of low or inconsistent usage and initiate corrective actions.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to revamp workflows and align usage data with customer objectives.

• Act as the clinical operational liaison during the pre-sale, implementation, and initial adoption phases.

• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on sleep testing processes and home sleep apnea testing.

• Work alongside Regional Sales Managers on handoffs, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), renewal or expansion discussions, and identifying adoption risks.

• Provide feedback to Product regarding implementation, identify areas of friction, suggest scalable solutions, and assist with go-to-market readiness.

• Mentor and guide peers and newer specialists, while developing team templates and playbooks.

• Strategize multi-quarter priorities for the clinical implementation function and represent it in cross-team planning efforts.

• Launch improvement projects aimed at addressing process, tooling, or enablement deficiencies.

• Comply with regulatory, compliance, quality, and privacy standards for medical devices and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), including HIPAA; assist with audits and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RPSGT certification.

• Over 8 years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.

• Proven experience managing demonstrations, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare environments.

• Experience providing training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences.

• Background in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching colleagues, and establishing standards or best practices adopted beyond your individual contributions.

• Experience in planning work across multiple quarters and engaging with various stakeholder groups.

• Willingness to travel nationally (approximately 50-75%), including on-site go-live support.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking software.

• Must be based in the US, preferably located in the West territory.

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR experience is a plus).

• Experience supporting Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or regulated medical device products (preferred).

• Previous experience in an early-stage or growth-stage healthcare company (preferred).

• Experience creating playbooks, templates, or training curricula for a function from the ground up (preferred).
