This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete clinical and operational implementation process for designated customers, which includes kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stabilization, and transitioning to steady-state support.
• Offer both virtual and on-site clinical support from the initial planning phase and education through to go-live and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Develop implementation plans that encompass clinical workflow design, staffing models, order and result routing, patient communication, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate resources across Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product teams.
• Provide customized demonstrations, clinical education, and training to physicians, advanced practice providers, sleep technologists, medical assistants, schedulers, and administrative personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials, quick-reference guides, and competency checklists that can be reused.
• Monitor utilization, ordering patterns, turnaround times, and workflow adherence; offer refresher training as necessary.
• Analyze the root causes of low or inconsistent usage and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to redesign workflows and integrate Beacon solutions into daily practice.
• Act as the clinical operations point of contact during pre-sale, implementation, and early adoption phases.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on sleep testing workflows and home sleep apnea testing.
• Make independent decisions regarding implementation methods, sequencing, adoption measurement, and account stabilization.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on handoffs, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), renewals, and discussions about expansions.
• Provide the Product team with structured feedback on implementation and assist in go-to-market readiness.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and newer specialists; create templates and playbooks.
• Plan priorities for the clinical implementation function over multiple quarters and represent it in cross-team planning efforts.
• Initiate improvement projects that address process, tooling, or enablement gaps.
• Comply with regulatory, compliance, quality, privacy, HIPAA, and SaMD standards; assist with audits and documentation.
• Current RPSGT certification.
• Over 8 years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Proven experience in managing demonstrations, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare environments.
• Experience in delivering training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences.
• Background in working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or coaching peers and establishing standards or best practices that are adopted beyond your own work.
• Experience in planning work across multiple quarters and involving various stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to approximately 50-75%), including on-site go-live support.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools.
• Must be US-based, preferably located in the East territory.
