Customer Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement and tailor Telepaxx services for clients.

• Establish and configure client environments within the TMD Cloud.

• Enhance tools and procedures for the secure and efficient management and modification of cloud services (Cloud Operations).

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for users and PACS team IT personnel regarding medical imaging data management solutions.

• Perform root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with various departments.

• Continuously refine change and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification.

• Practical experience in administering cloud services and utilizing Infrastructure as Code.

• Proficiency in Docker containers and container orchestration.

• Strong SQL capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.

• Very good German language proficiency (minimum C1 level).

• Good command of the English language.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with clinical IT, particularly PACS systems.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of DICOM, IHE, and HL7 standards.

• Nice to have: Understanding of cloud service security standards, such as BSI C5 and the Cloud Controls Matrix.
