Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate customers on adapting to innovative ways of thinking

• Consult with clients to grasp their business needs and suggest software best practices

• Manage customer support inquiries during the Engagement phase

• Conduct training sessions for customers and staff both online and in-person

• Oversee comprehensive data migrations

• Foster customer relationships and cultivate trust

• Develop and revise best practices for roles and departments

• Operate across various departmental boundaries

• Enhance understanding of the software and pest-control sector

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer success

• Oversee the implementation of customer accounts from sign-on through the transition to a Customer Account Manager

• Facilitate onboarding, support, training, and guidance in the use of Brio, a SaaS ERP tailored for pest control businesses

• Empower customers to become proficient in the product and utilize all available features

• Willingness to travel and work beyond 40 hours as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience delivering technology training in a corporate environment, both in-person and online

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects with stringent deadlines

• Background in customer service/support

• Strong attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in project development

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with relevant experience

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Capacity to prioritize and organize tasks effectively

• Preferred experience in data conversion or migration

• Preferred experience in software implementation

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Willingness to potentially travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations throughout North America
