This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer transitions from Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal AI.

• Comprehend customer migration goals and implement structured delivery strategies.

• Manage migration initiatives, including defining scope, timelines, quality assurance, and risk management.

• Offer expertise on enterprise mail flow, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid cloud and on-premise systems.

• Advise on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace's native security features as alternatives to SEG capabilities.

• Direct email security policies, anti-phishing measures, and compliance with regulations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mail flow post-migration.

• Implement and provide insights on SEG displacement methodologies and best practices.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine deployment processes.

• Deliver consistent project status updates and escalate risks to senior team members or leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree with 5–7 years of experience in a customer-facing position managing enterprise-level cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.

• Background in enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including the decommissioning of SEG.

• In-depth understanding of SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email routing in both cloud and on-premise settings.

• Knowledge of email security, filtering, threat protection, and DLP.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.

• Experience utilizing AI platforms like Glean and Claude.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, including Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection, ATP, and Google Workspace Security.

• Experience in routing email through firewalls, proxies, and mail relays, including IP whitelisting, inbound/outbound mail rules, and secure connectors.

• Proven track record of delivering projects, managing priorities, and coordinating across teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify migration risks, resolve obstacles, and drive solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with technical stakeholders and senior customer contacts.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
