This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for implementation support.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and Sales Account Executive to enhance adoption and district capacity.
• Create and deliver customized professional learning experiences primarily centered on STEM, with additional literacy support as necessary.
• Work alongside regional leadership, operations, internal teams, contractors, and fellow Professional Development (PD) Strategists.
• Co-develop professional learning initiatives with district leaders, taking into account local contexts, student needs, and implementation conditions.
• Modify existing resources or develop bespoke content as required.
• Assist in pre-sales discussions by providing written proposals and professional development strategies.
• Oversee the scoping and project management of tailored professional development engagements.
• Establish outcomes, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and coordination of contributors from the discovery phase through to delivery.
• Formulate multi-year, district-wide professional development strategies and implementation plans.
• Mentor and prepare Professional Learning Specialists for session delivery.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and internal senior leadership.
• Keep updated on product and suite knowledge through ongoing learning.
• Create session materials, coaching tools, implementation resources, and follow-up support.
• Conduct comprehensive program reviews across districts and provide guidance to leaders on pedagogy, implementation, and change management.
• Evaluate participant feedback, implementation data, and input from Professional Learning Specialists.
• Provide onsite professional development, coaching, and data analysis support.
• Refine custom professional development solutions based on feedback, data, and evidence of educator learning.
• Contribute to department-wide priorities and additional initiatives.
• Travel approximately 20%, with potential increases up to 40% throughout the year.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of K–8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM.
• Willingness to assist with literacy professional development as necessary.
• Proficiency in instructional design, facilitation, and implementation.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional learning that addresses stakeholder needs and fosters educator adoption of new practices.
• Proven track record managing large-scale education projects and custom designs from discovery to delivery.
• Familiarity with planning, budgeting, timeline management, and iteration processes.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent engagements and competing priorities.
• Competence in technology integration within professional learning and classroom environments.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
• Must comply with Amplify's travel and vaccination policy requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States and U.S. residency is required.
• A valid U.S. driver's license is necessary.
• Access to reliable home internet capable of supporting Google Meet and Zoom.
• A quiet, professional environment for conducting meetings.
• A background check is mandatory if selected.
• Preferred: experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, or district/school-network PD leadership.
• Preferred: expertise in adult learning, instructional design, or large-scale customized professional learning.
• Preferred: familiarity with Amplify products or PD delivery.
• Preferred: experience in literacy instruction, curriculum, assessment, or professional learning.
• Preferred: background in STEM and literacy programs or the ability to quickly gain expertise in new content areas.
• Preferred: experience in team management or coaching.
• Being biliterate in Spanish is advantageous.
