Sales and Training Specialist – Aligners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of expansion opportunities from the initial qualified meeting through to the first order and early adoption stage.

• Facilitate clinical Q&As, conduct workflow consultations, and provide follow-up training sessions for prospective expansion practices.

• Actively assist practices in identifying their first case.

• Adhere to a structured post-training follow-up sequence until the first order is secured or the opportunity is closed.

• Collaborate with PL BDRs and other internal Dandy teams to receive qualified handoffs and give feedback on the quality of opportunities.

• Meet monthly and quarterly activation targets for the adoption of new product lines.

• Maintain extensive clinical knowledge of Dandy's product offerings and digital workflows.

• Be prepared to travel up to 30% for in-practice sales and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital dental workflows related to the Product Line or a comparable clinical specialty.

• Profound technical expertise in the relevant product line.

• Proven success in consultative selling, clinical advising, or practice development.

• Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities post-meeting/training.

• Capable of clearly communicating clinical and business value to practice owners and clinical staff.

• Certified Orthodontist with experience in Treatment Planning.

• Experience in a sales, practice development, or quota-carrying clinical role is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.

• Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.

• No sponsorship or other employer support is needed to secure or maintain work authorization in the United States.
