This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and oversee the implementation of sales training programs for Specialty Care sales professionals.

• Create and manage training initiatives that support various products, disease states, therapeutic areas, and selling environments.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Sales Management, Patient Access, Medical, Sales Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, and MARC teams.

• Analyze dynamic market information and convert it into relevant training topics.

• Develop innovative training solutions to address complex challenges.

• Oversee the implementation of sales training in accordance with marketing strategies, salesperson needs, and educational principles, including the Six Disciplines of Training.

• Coordinate efforts with senior managers, field managers, departmental heads, and training managers.

• Create implementation guides for new marketing materials and distribute them to the field sales team.

• Manage external vendors who deliver workshops to the sales organization.

• Oversee Endo Academy and related learning systems; upload and monitor training modules to meet compliance and certification requirements.

• Lead credentialing processes and manage the credentialing website for Branded Pharmaceuticals.

• Prepare product verification letters, monitor company insurance, and collaborate with HR for background information.

• Manage team-building activities and departmental administrative tasks.

• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales regarding field communications.

• Develop and implement training policies and schedules.

• Prepare the Sales Training budget and manage vendor relationships and budgets.

• Direct strategies and processes aimed at achieving Sales Training excellence.

• Define commercial training content and ensure its effective implementation.

• Create tools to assess the quality, consistency, and impact of marketing and sales programs in the field.

• Evaluate sales capabilities and training needs; develop action plans and training content accordingly.

• Create agendas and content for sales meetings and plan-of-action sessions; coordinate workshops, schedules, and events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, education, marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical or related industry.

• Previous experience as a District or Peer Trainer or in a similar role is preferred.

• Significant exposure to sales, marketing, product management, and/or training functions.

• Preferred knowledge of learning, training, testing, educational concepts, program design, implementation, and performance measurement.

• Familiarity with patient access.

• Understanding of the marketplace and the types of patients and customers that the trainer role will support.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to lead without direct authority, coach for performance, and navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity.

• Proactive in developing and executing training strategies.

• Strong vendor management capabilities.

• Ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal oversight.
