Senior Production Designer – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create exceptional marketing and production design assets

• Collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, writers, and producers

• Adhere to established design systems and brand guidelines

• Utilize AI tools like Claude to enhance creative workflows

• Prepare deliverables for production with a keen eye for detail

• Engage in creative reviews and iterative processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Senior Production Design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop

• Advanced skills in Figma

• Familiarity with using Claude and AI tools in a professional setting

• Must currently reside in Latin America

• Stable internet connection

• Access to a laptop

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (preferred)

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (preferred)

• Understanding of motion graphics (preferred)

• Experience working in agency settings (preferred)

• Background in AI experimentation within creative contexts (preferred)
