This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Establish the strategic direction for MedInsight’s provider analytics and associated data portfolio.
• Convert market intelligence, client insights, and business goals into unique products and 12–24-month roadmaps.
• Oversee client discovery, competitive analysis, and market research initiatives.
• Develop and take ownership of the product strategy for risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics offerings.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Product Leadership to assess market opportunities and assist in annual business planning.
• Direct product strategy across accountable care organizations, specialty care, pharmacy analytics, and payer-adjacent workflows.
• Prioritize product investments based on market demand, scalability, competitive differentiation, commercial value, and build/buy/partner opportunities.
• Spearhead market validation, product definition, business case development, and business requirements for Technical Product Management and Engineering execution.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities and explore opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support solutions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for ACO/risk-bearing provider product development, solution validation, enablement, client engagements, conferences, and webinars.
• Lead commercialization efforts alongside Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers, focusing on positioning, value propositions, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
• Assess product performance through market adoption, client feedback, competitive positioning, and post-launch analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Client Services to establish scalable service, support, and operating models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting with a focus on risk-bearing provider or accountable care organizations.
• Strong preference for experience with payer-adjacent workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, product development lifecycles, and business planning.
• In-depth knowledge of risk-bearing provider organizations, accountable care organizations, healthcare claims, clinical and pharmacy data, population health, and value-based care.
• Capability to convert complex clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities, crafting business cases, and prioritizing product investments through commercial and financial analysis.
• Preferred experience in supporting or commercializing enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platform solutions.
• Strong preference for experience with specialty care, pharmacy analytics, or accountable care organizations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, PowerBI, and Azure is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and align competing priorities.
• A strategic, collaborative, and adaptable approach is essential.
