Senior Product Specialist – Canvas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Propel sales growth and enhance asset acquisition within the Southeast region.

• Exhibit expertise in direct indexing and customized indexing solutions.

• Collaborate with Franklin Templeton's generalist sales teams to engage Wirehouse, Independent, Bank, and Regional financial advisors.

• Work in partnership across OSAM and Franklin Templeton divisions.

• Coordinate with Client Service, Portfolio Management, Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams.

• Expected travel is 50–75%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in asset management distribution or as a specialist.

• At least 3 years of experience in direct indexing with a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

• Proven success in selling to financial advisors.

• Familiarity with separately managed accounts (SMAs).

• Proficient in working with and explaining advanced technological solutions.

• Effective at facilitating innovation.

• Strong communication skills, including comfort with main stage presentations.

• A genuine passion for collaborating with financial advisors and enhancing their business practices.

• An inquisitive mindset with the ability to grasp investment processes and practices in detail.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
