Senior Product Specialist – Canvas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel sales expansion within the Midwest and Northwest regions

• Increase assets in the designated territory

• Exhibit expertise in OSAM and Franklin Templeton products

• Collaborate with the Franklin Templeton generalist sales team to market to Wirehouse, Independent, Bank, and Regional financial advisors

• Act as a specialist in direct indexing and custom indexing

• Partner with OSAM Client Service, Portfolio Management, Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams

• Travel required: 50–75%

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in asset management distribution or specialist roles

• At least 3 years of experience in direct indexing with a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape

• Proven track record of success in selling to financial advisors

• Familiarity with separately managed accounts (SMAs)

• Proficient in discussing and utilizing advanced technological solutions

• Strong ability to facilitate innovation

• Exceptional communication skills, including comfort with main-stage presentations

• Enthusiasm for partnering with financial advisors to enhance their business operations

• Inquisitive nature with the ability to grasp intricate details of investment processes and practices

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

• Must be based in a major city within the Midwest or Northwest

• Openness to travel 50–75%
